陕北野生地椒叶精油的提取及化学成分分析

摘要 采用水蒸气蒸馏法对陕北野生地椒叶中精油进行提取,并在单因素试验基础上通过正交试验优化提取工艺条件。结果表明:最佳提取条件为浸泡温度45℃、料液比1∶10(g/mL)、浸泡时间3 h、蒸馏时间2.5 h,在此条件下地椒叶精油得率为0.250%。采用GC-MS联用技术分析了陕北野生地椒叶精油的化学成分,在分离出的52个峰中共鉴定出39种成分,其占挥发性成分总含量的97.04%,主要成分有百里香酚(41.31%)、对-聚伞花素(7.69%)、α-石竹烯(6.83%)、香芹酚(6.43%)和冰片(5.53%)。 The essential oil from Thymus mongolicus Ronn.leaf in Northern Shaanxi was extracted by steam distillation,and the extraction conditions were optimized by orthogonal test on the basis of single fac-tor test.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:soaking temperature 45 C,solid-liquid ratio 1:10(g/mL),soaking time 3 h,distillation time 2.5 h.Under these conditions,the yield of essential oil was 0.250%.The chemical constituents of the essential oil from Thymus mongoli-cus Ronn.leaf in Northern Shaanxi were analyzed by GC-MS.39 components were identified in 52 peaks,which accounted for 97.04%of the total volatile components.The main components were thymol(41.31%),p-cymene(7.69%),α-carvonol(6.83%),carvacrol(6.43%)and borneol(5.53%).
