摘要
全民健身公共服务智慧化转型升级是培育全民健身发展新模式、推进全民健身资源共享的重要途径。为加快全民健身公共服务提质升级,本研究从理念转变、技术赋能、人才支撑以及制度规范等方面,厘清全民健身公共服务智慧化转型升级的逻辑理路及现实样态。目前,全民健身公共服务智慧化转型升级存在智慧理念转变不足、技术持续创新不强、人才培养机制不完善、制度规范不健全等困境。践行方略:深化价值引领,培育和提高主体智慧思维与协同参与意识;加强技术研发与应用,保障健身大数据的质量与效用;强化复合型人才培养,促进人才队伍结构合理与质量优化;加强制度供给,夯实智慧化服务环境规范与保障,为全民健身公共服务智慧化转型升级提供行动路向。
The intelligent transformation and upgrading of national fitness public services is an important way to cultivate a new mode of national fitness development and promote the sharing of national fitness resources.In order to accelerate the quality improvement and upgrading of national fitness public services,this study clarifies the logical orderliness and realistic pattern of the transformation and upgrading of national fitness public services from the aspects of conceptual change,technological empowerment,talent support and institutional standardization.At present,some obstructive factors still exist in the intelligent transformation and upgrading of national fitness public services such as the lack of intelligent concept change,weak sustainable technology innovation,imperfect talent training mechanism and unsound institutional norms.It suggests to deepen the value leadership to cultivate and improve the subjects’intelligent thinking and the awareness of participating in collaboration;to strengthen the technology research and development and the application to guarantee the quality and utility of big data for fitness;to enhance the training of composite talents to promote the reasonable structure and the quality optimization of talents;and to strengthen the system supplies to consolidate the norms and guarantees of intelligent service environment,providing the action direction for the intelligent transformation and upgrading of national fitness public services.
