轻钢密肋墙体竖向极限承载力分析及试验研究

摘要 采用有限元软件ABAQUS对不同立柱截面尺寸、立柱间距、墙体高度的轻钢密肋墙体进行有限元数值模拟,研究不同因素对轻钢密肋墙体竖向极限承载力的影响。结合分析结果,设计了4片密肋墙体并进行静载荷试验。结果表明:轻钢密肋墙体数值模拟与试验的破坏情况较为一致,并且其竖向极限承载力的模拟值、试验值吻合度较好。依据GB 50017—2017《钢结构设计标准》中轻钢密肋墙体竖向极限承载力计算方法,将计算所得公式值与有限元模拟值、试验值进行对比,最大偏离度0.109,三者的比值均在0.95~1.11,极限承载力公式计算结果吻合较好。 In order to study the influence of different factors on the vertical ultimate bearing capacity of light steel ribbed wall,the finite element software ABAQUS was used to simulate the light steel ribbed wall with different column section size,column spacing and wall height.Combined with the analysis results,four multi-ribbed walls were designed and static load tests were carried out.The results show that the numerical simulation of the light steel multi-ribbed wall is consistent with the failure of the test,and the simulated value of the vertical ultimate bearing capacity is in good agreement with the experimental value.According to the calculation method of vertical ultimate bearing capacity of light steel multi-ribbed wall given in the current GB 50017—2017"Steel Structure Design Standard",the calculated formula value is compared with the finite element simulation value and the test value.The maximum deviation is 0.109,and the ratio of the three is in the range of 0.95~1.11.The calculation results of the ultimate bearing capacity formula are in good agreement.
