摘要
深圳市以“统筹协调、条块结合、全面推进、重点突破”为实施策略,以“归属清楚、界址清楚、面积准确”为工作原则,进行了全市地籍调查。建立了“图件、数据、实地三者一致”的地籍调查数据库,逐步查清了土地家底、理清了土地存量,促进了土地资源空间的优化配置。本文以深圳市地籍调查项目为例,对地籍调查过程和内业数据处理中遇到的一系列关键问题进行了分析和探讨,针对这些问题分别提出了应对策略和相关的合理化建议,为后续相关的自然资源调查提供经验。
Shenzhen has implemented the strategy of“overall coordination,integration of sections,comprehensive promotion,and key breakthroughs”,and based on the principles of“clear ownership,clear boundary,and accurate area”,conducted a cadastral survey throughout the city.A cadastral survey database with“consistent maps,data,and on-site data”has been established,gradually clarifying the background of land assets,revitalizing land stock,and promoting the optimal allocation of land resource space.This article takes the Shenzhen cadastral survey project as an example to analyze and explore a series of key issues encountered in the cadastral survey process and office data processing.In response to these issues,corresponding strategies and reasonable suggestions are proposed,hoping to provide experience for subsequent related natural resource surveys.
