摘要
目的探讨将共情护理干预应用在艾滋病病例中对其依从性与满意度的效果。方法在大连市公共卫生临床中心2021年1月至2022年10月收入的艾滋病病例中,随机选入90例进行研究,以随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组两组,各45例,分别实施共情护理与常规护理,比较两组患者焦虑自评表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS),服药依从性及护理满意度。结果干预后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组服药依从性、护理满意度均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论加强对艾滋病患者的共情护理干预,有助于提高患者服药依从性和满意度,缓解负性情绪。
Objective To explore the effect of empathy nursing intervention on compliance and satisfaction of AIDS patients.Methods Among the AIDS cases received by Dalian Public Health Clinical Center from January 2021 to October 2022,90 cases were randomly selected for the study,which were divided into two groups of observation group and control group by random number table method,each with 45 cases,and were implemented empathic nursing and conventional nursing care,respectively,and were compared with the self-assessment scale of anxiety(SAS),self-assessment scale of depression(SDS),medication adherence,and patient care satisfaction in the two groups.Results After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(both P<0.05);drug adherence and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Strengthening empathy nursing intervention for AIDS patients is helpful to improve patients'medication compliance and satisfaction,and alleviate negative emotions.
