摘要
目的本研究的主要目的在于评估信息-动机-行为技能(IMB)模型健康教育策略在肾脏穿刺患者中的实际应用效果。方法本研究为前瞻性随机对照实验,纳入2022年1月—2023年3月在我院100例因肾脏疾病需进行肾脏穿刺的患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组50例。试验组接受基于IMB模型的深入健康教育,而对照组则接受常规健康教育。通过详细的问卷调查,对两组患者在接受肾脏穿刺前后的知识认知、动机水平、行为技能以及治疗依从性进行全面评估。结果与对照组相比,试验组患者在肾脏穿刺术后在认知水平、动机和行为技能各方面均更高(均P<0.05);试验组在治疗依从性方面高于对照组,且术后并发症的发生率低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论采用IMB模型的健康教育方法能显著提高肾脏穿刺患者的认知、动机和行为技能,有效促进治疗依从性的提高,并减少术后并发症的风险。
Objective The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the practical application effect of the Information Motivation Behavioral Skills(IMB)model health education strategy in renal puncture patients.Methods This study was a prospective randomized controlled trial,which included 100 patients who need to undergo kidney puncture due to kidney disease in our hospital from January 2022 to March 2023.They were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.The experimental group received in-depth health education based on the IMB model,while the control group received routine health education.A detailed questionnaire survey was conducted to comprehensively evaluate the knowledge and cognition,motivation level,behavioral skills,and treatment compliance of two groups of patients before and after undergoing renal puncture.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group patients were higher in cognitive level,motivation,and behavioral skills after renal puncture surgery(all P<0.05).The experimental group was higher than the control group in treatment compliance,and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The health education method using the IMB model can significantly improve the cognitive,motivational,and behavioral skills of renal puncture patients,promote treatment compliance,and reduce the risk of postoperative complications.
