袖阀管注浆技术在处理天然地基建筑物沉降的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 以某项目作为研究对象,在进行深基坑施工时,周围邻近建筑物多,且局部建筑为天然基础,条件较为复杂,对建筑物变形控制要求高,需对建筑物周围进行提前加固。项目利用袖阀管注浆技术,以实验的方式确定了注浆的条件与参数,介绍了袖阀管注浆工法的原理,概述了该技术的施工要点。通过监测数据显示,建筑物沉降处于稳定状态,未超过监测预警值。 Taking a certain project as the research object,in the deep foundation pit construction,there are many adjacent buildings,and some buildings are natural foundation,the conditions are relatively complex,and the building deformation control requirements are high,so the reinforcement around the building should be carried out in advance.Sleeve valve tube grouting technology is adopted in the project.Grouting parameters and stop conditions are determined through experiments.The principle of sleeve valve tube grouting and the key points of construction are introduced.The monitoring results show that the settlement of buildings is in a stable state and does not exceed the monitoring and warning value.
