摘要
针对深化设计中构件数量大、重复性工作量大、标准化程度低等问题,研究了面向制造与装配的预制混凝土(PC)构件模块库的设计与生产应用。以竖向PC构件为例,引入制造与装配的产品设计理念,将PC构件模块化。结合参数化设计与建筑信息模型(BIM),提出了面向制造与装配的PC构件模块库设计方法。根据模块库的系统架构与数据流动,给出了基于模块库的全生命周期优化设计流程。最后,通过实际工程案例验证了该设计方法的可行性与实用性。结果表明,该设计方法提升深化设计效率约67%,可实现快速建模。
The design and production application of a DFMAoriented modular library of assembled PC components are investigated.Taking vertical PC components as an example,the method introduces the product design concept of manufacturing and assembly(DFMA)to split PC components into modularization.Combining parametric design and building information modeling(BIM),the DFMAoriented PC component module library design method is proposed.The system architecture and data flow of the module library are studied,and the whole life cycle optimization design process based on the module library is proposed.Finally,the feasibility and practicability are verified through actual engineering cases.The results show that the module library improves the deepening design efficiency by about 67%,and the invocation of modules realizes fast modeling,reduces the design cost and optimizes the design process.
