摘要 为制备无毒无污染的环保型塑胶跑道水性胶粘剂,选择二苯基甲烷-4,4′-二异氰酸酯、聚醚二元醇和聚醚三元醇为原料,采用小分子聚醚多元醇为固化剂,制备聚氨酯胶粘剂应用于塑胶跑道,并讨论了不同聚醚多元醇质量比、—NCO质量浓度、催干剂等对制品性能影响。研究结果表明,当m(聚醚多元醇220)∶m(聚醚多元醇303)为3∶2、固化剂按照n(聚醚多元醇303)∶n(TMP)为2∶1、—NCO质量浓度为5%和催干剂用量为0.3%时,制备的聚氨酯塑胶制品力学性能优异,实用性强,固化时间适中,实现了无毒无味、环保健康的要求。制备的新型水性胶粘剂与不同粒径的MPV混合可铺设环保性塑胶跑道。 In order to prepare a non-toxic and non-polluting environmentally friendly water-based adhesive for plastic runway,diphenylmethane-4,4-diisocyanate,polyether binary alcohol and polyether ternary alcohol were selected as raw material,and small molecule polyether polyol was used as curing agent to prepare polyurethane adhesive for plastic runway,and the effects of different polyether polyol mass ratios,—NCO mass concentration,and drier on the performance of the products were discussed.The results showed that when m(polyether polyol 220)∶m(polyether polyol 303)was 3∶2,curing agent according to n(polyether polyol 303)∶n(TMP)was 2∶1,—NCO concentration was 5%,drying agent was 0.3%,the prepared polyurethane plastic products had excellent mechanical properties,strong practicability,moderate curing time,and realized the non-toxic,no-smelly,environmental protection and health requirements.The new water-based adhesive prepared could be mixed with MPV of different particle size and used for laying environmental protection plastic runway.
