摘要
盆腔炎性疾病后遗症因迁延难愈、反复发作,严重影响女性生殖健康和生活质量。回顾近10年中医药通过调控转化生长因子-β/Smads蛋白(TGF-β/Smads)、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPKs)、酪氨酸激酶/信号转导子和转录激活子(JAK/STAT)、核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)、脂肪酸合成酶/脂肪酸合成酶配体(Fas/FasL)、Toll样受体(TLRs)等信号通路干预盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的研究,分析并总结了不同信号通路的作用机制及研究要点,以期为盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的治疗提供有效靶点及理论依据。参考文献51篇。
The sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases(PID)seriously affect female reproductive health and quality of life due to prolongation and recurrence.We reviewed the studies of traditional Chinese medicine intervention in the sequelae of PID by regulating signaling pathways of transforming growth factor-β/Smads proteins(TGF-β/Smads),mitogen-activated protein kinases(MAPKs),tyrosine kinases/signal transducers and transcriptional activators(JAK/STAT),nuclear transcription factor-κB(NF-κB),fatty acid synthase/fatty acid synthase ligands(Fas/FasL)and Toll-like receptors(TLRs),etc.in the latest ten years,analyzed and summarized the mechanisms and research points of different signaling pathways,in order to provide effective targets and theoretical basis for the treatment of the sequelae of PID.Total 51 references are cited.
