“双碳”目标下钢铁企业煤气发电技术发展及影响

Development and Impact of Gas Power Generation Technology in Iron and Steel Companies under Dual Carbon Targets

摘要 钢铁企业煤气发电技术有助于我国钢铁行业实现“双碳”目标以及应对欧盟碳边境调节机制(CBAM)贸易壁垒。通过研究钢铁企业煤气锅炉发电技术发展及其对钢铁企业碳排放的影响,年产粗钢1 000万t的钢铁企业采用新型高效超超临界参数煤气锅炉发电技术可减少二氧化碳年排放量188.57万t,较采用高温超高压煤气发电技术的相对减碳量增幅达15.71%。通过基于欧盟碳边境调节机制规则的计算分析,采用新型超超临界参数煤气锅炉发电技术的钢企钢材单位出口成本较我国钢铁行业总体水平降低约94.2元/t,相对降幅达10.9%。 Gas for power generation technologies for steel companies can help China's steel industry achieve its dual-carbon targets and cope with the EU's Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism(CBAM) trade barriers.By studying the development of gas boiler power generation technology in iron and steel enterprises and its impact on carbon emission,iron and steel enterprises with an annual production capacity of 10 million tons of crude steel can reduce annual carbon dioxide emission by adopting the new high-efficiency ultrasupercritical parameter gas boiler power generation technology to reduce annual carbon dioxide emission by 1.8857 million tons,which is an increase of 15.71% compared with that by adopting the high temperature and ultra-high-pressure gas power generation technology.Through the calculation and analysis based on the rules of the EU's CBAM,the steel export cost per unit of steel enterprises adopting the new ultra-supercritical parameter gas boiler power generation technology is lower than the overall level of China's iron and steel industry by about 94.2 yuan per ton,with a relative reduction of 10.9%.
