摘要
针对柴油发电机组领域使用的叠片联轴器加工工艺要求高以及没有连接螺钉强度、叠片刚度校核公式难题,设计了一种加工工艺性好、加工成本较低、装拆快速方便的新型叠片联轴器;采用动力学、电磁学、摩擦学及接触力学等经典力学理论,分析研究了其叠片螺孔端面、叠片内外圆以及螺钉在传扭过程中的力学模型,证明了这种新型叠片联轴器结构的可行性,推导出了联轴器连接螺钉直径及叠片厚度的理论计算公式。并且通过实例说明了这些理论公式的使用方法。对设计、推广使用这类新型叠片联轴器具有实用的理论指导意义。
In view of the high processing requirements of the laminated coupling used in the field of diesel generator sets,there are no connection screw strength and laminated stiffness checking formulas,a new dish coupling has been designed,which can be used in the field of diesel generator set with good performance,low cost,fast and convenient disassembly in processing.Based on the classical mechanics theories of kinematics,electromagnetism,tribology and contact mechanics,the mechanical models,which are related to the end face of the dish screw hole,the inner and outer circle of the dish screw and the screw in the torsional process,are analyzed and studied.The feasibility of the new dish coupling has been proved and the theoretical formulas for calculating screw diameter and dish thickness are derived.Furthermore,examples are provided to illustrate how to use these formulas,which is of practical theoretical guidance to the popular application of this new dish coupling.
