摘要
目的探讨临床带教中引入循证医学教学模式对实习生教学效果的影响。方法选择2022年6月—2023年6月期间,在吉林医药学院附属医院、吉林市中西医结合医院等单位实习的2018级临床医学专业本科班学生252名为教学对象。根据实习生的实习地点的不同,将实习生分为研究组和对照组,将在吉林医药学院附属医院的98名学生纳入研究组,将在吉林市中西医结合医院等单位实习的154名实习生纳入对照组。对照组采用传统模式授课,研究组结合循证医学教学理念开展教学,从临床实习阶段考试成绩和实习生对带教满意度等方面比较教学结果。结果研究组毕业理论考核平均成绩和毕业技能考核平均成绩分别为(81.95±7.82)分和(84.67±5.02)分,高于对照组的(75.88±4.31)分和(79.68±5.99)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组对教学总满意率为94.90%,高于对照组的87.01%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论融入循证医学教学理念的创新教学模式,有效提高了临床医学专业实习阶段的教学效果。
Objective To explore innovative teaching mode integrating the influence of evidence-based medicine teaching mode on the teaching effect of interns in clinical teaching.Methods From June 2022 to June 2023,a total of 252 students of the undergraduate class of clinical medicine of grade 2018 who were practicing in the Affiliated Hospi⁃tal of Jilin Medical College and Jilin Hospital of Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine were selected as the teach⁃ing objects.The interns were divided into study group and control group according to their internship locations.98 stu⁃dents in the Affiliated Hospital of Jilin Medical College were included in the study group.A total of 154 interns in Ji⁃lin Hospital of Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine were included in the control group.The control group was taught in the traditional mode.The study group combined evidence-based medicine teaching concept to carry out teaching.The teaching results were compared from the aspects of exam results in clinical practice stage and interns'satisfaction with teaching.Results The average scores of the graduation theory examination and the graduation skill examination of the study group were(81.95±7.82)points and(84.67±5.02)points,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group(75.88±4.31)points and(79.68±5.99)points,the differences were statistically signifi⁃cant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate with teaching of the study group was 94.90%,which was higher than 87.01%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The innovative teaching mode in⁃tegrating the teaching concept of evidence-based medicine has effectively improved the teaching effect of clinical medicine professional practice stage.
