摘要
根据我国长期的系统试验及动态检测工作实践,已形成了完整的高速铁路系统试验技术体系,但随着高速铁路“八纵八横”的逐步形成,系统试验环节及工况越来越复杂,安全风险逐步增大,有必要持续开展系统试验技术创新研究,进一步优化系统试验工作流程、技术标准,保持我国系统试验技术的领先地位。结合我国新线开通前系统试验实践经验,通过分析国内外高速铁路开通运营前动态集成测试的有关情况,重点对影响铁路运营和试验安全的关键环节和方法进行深入分析,对我国高速铁路系统试验的优化提出相关建议,为进一步提升我国高速铁路系统试验技术水平以及实施“走出去”倡议提供支撑。
According to China’s long-term practice of system test and dynamic inspection,a complete high speed railway system test technology system has been established.However,with the gradual formation of eight north-south and eight east-west corridors of high speed railway,the system test links and working conditions are becoming more and more complex,and the safety risks are gradually increasing.It is necessary to continuously carry out innovative research on system test technology,further optimize the system test workflow and technical standards,and maintain the leading position in China’s system test technology.In combination with the practical experience of system test before new lines are put into operation in China,by analyzing the relevant situation of dynamic integration test before high speed railways are put into operation at home and abroad,this paper focuses on the in-depth analysis of key links and methods affecting railway operation and test safety,and puts forward relevant suggestions for the optimization of high speed railway system test in China,so as to provide support for further improving the technical level of high speed railway system test in China and implementing the“going global”initiative.
