摘要
新建高速铁路线路开通运营前的联调联试,是采用高速综合检测列车对轨道、接触网、通信信号等各类基础设施进行测试,并依据测试结果对缺陷进行整改,直至各系统以及整体满足高速运行及动态验收要求的全过程。动车组动力学专业在联调联试中,通过连续测量测力轮对以及不同位置的振动加速度传感器,实时获取不同速度级下的轮轨力及振动加速度信号,在去除零点漂移和滤波后,计算得到各项平稳性及稳定性指标。脱轨系数、轮重减载率、轮轴横向力、平稳性指标等动力学参数均关系到动车组运行安全、轮轨系统磨耗以及乘坐舒适度,因此,动力学测试保证着联调联试全过程的安全底线。介绍高速铁路联调联试中所使用的动力学测试平台及其未来无人值守方向的发展趋势,分析可知旋转遥测技术是未来轮轨力测试的首选方案。依托动力学测试平台在钢轨缺陷诊断及联调联试过程中保障安全的实例,充分证明采用动力学指标阈值对各类短波不平顺及钢轨波磨进行判断准确有效,具有较高的工程应用价值。
The integrated commissioning&test before a new high speed railway line is put into operation refers to the whole process of using a high-speed comprehensive inspection train to test various infrastructures such as track,OCS,communication and signaling,and eradicating the defects according to the test results until each system and the whole meet the requirements of high speed operation and dynamic acceptance.In the integrated commissioning&test,the EMU dynamics discipline obtains the wheel-rail force and vibration acceleration signals at different speed levels in real time by continuously measuring instrumented wheelsets and using vibration acceleration sensors at different positions.After zero drift removal and filtering,various riding comfort and stability indexes are calculated.Dynamic parameters such as derailment coefficient,wheel unloading coefficient,wheel and axle lateral force,and riding index are all related to EMU operation safety,wear of wheel-rail system,and riding comfort.Therefore,the dynamic test ensures safety in the whole process of integrated commissioning&test.This paper introduces the dynamic test platform used in HSR integrated commissioning&test and its future development trend of unattended operation.It can be seen from the analysis that rotating telemetry technology is the preferred solution to the future wheel-rail force test.Relying on the example of ensuring safety in the process of rail defect diagnosis and integrated commissioning&test by the dynamic test platform,it is fully proved that the assessment of various short-wave irregularities and rail corrugation by using dynamic index thresholds is accurate and effective,and has a high engineering application value.
