摘要
目的研究重症脑外伤患者接受气道护理的效果。方法选取2021年12月—2022年12月本院收治的80例重症脑外伤患者为研究对象,使用“双色球”随机分组法分组,蓝色球为对照组,应用常规护理,红色球为研究组,应用气道护理,每组各40例,对护理效果进行比较。结果研究组的GCS评分和对照组相比在护理前比较无明显差异(P>0.05);护理后研究组的GCS评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的ICU入住时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,舒适度评分两组比较无明显差异(P>0.05);护理后,研究组的舒适度(心理舒适、生理舒适以及环境舒适)评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的护理满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的神经功能、运动功能和对照组在护理前比较无明显差异(P>0.05);护理后研究组的神经功能评分低于对照组,运动功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论重症脑外伤患者应用气道护理,会改善患者的预后情况,不仅缩短了患者ICU住院时间,也可以降低患者出现并发症的概率,有效改善患者的神经功能以及运动功能,增强患者的日常舒适度,患者的护理满意度随之提升,值得运用。
Objective To study effect of airway care for patients with severe brain injury.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with severe brain injury admitted to our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022,and divided them into two groups randomly with"dual color ball"method,with 40 cases in each group.Control group with blue ball was treated with routine nursing,and study group with red ball with airway nursing.Nursing effect was compared.Results There was no significant difference in the GCS scores between study group and control group before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the GCS scores of study group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).ICU stay in study group was shorter than control group(P<0.05).Comfort scores(psychological comfort,physiological comfort,and environmental comfort)of study group after nursing were higher than control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in comfort scores before nursing between two groups(P>0.05).Incidence of complications in study group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction degree of study group was better than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in neurological and motor function between study group and control group before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,neurological function scores of study group were lower than control group,while motor function scores were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Airway nursing can improve prognosis,shorten ICU length of stay,reduce incidence of complications,effectively improve neurological and motor functions,enhance daily comfort,and increase nursing satisfaction degree of patients with severe brain injury,which is worthy of application.
