摘要
为系统摸清油基岩屑的污染特征及来源,以川南某区块页岩气白油基与柴油基岩屑为对象,采用电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪、气相色谱质谱联用仪分析其重金属、多环芳烃(PAHs)和石油烃含量,剖析其来源。结果表明:白油基岩屑重金属含量较柴油基岩屑普遍更高,但其差异主要在于地层和添加剂不同,同时油基岩屑含油率主要取决于钻井平台固控系统的分离效果,均与基础油选用关联很小。柴油基岩屑多环芳烃总含量(28.73 mg/kg)明显高于白油基岩屑(6.92 mg/kg),但均以低毒的2~4环多环芳烃为主;前者主要来源于柴油,以芘(Pyr)、萘(Nap)、菲(Phe)和蒽(Ant)为主;后者主要来源于白油在高温地层条件下的热转化作用,以芘(Pyr)和蒽(Ant)为主。总体上,白油基与柴油基岩屑污染特征有一定差异,白油的环保性能更佳,建议在今后的生产过程中减少柴油基钻井液的使用,同时加大对新型绿色环保钻井液的研发力度。
In order to systematically identify the pollution characteristics and sources of oil-based cuttings,the content of heavy metals,polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)and petroleum hydrocarbons were analyzed by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry in a shale gas block in southern Sichuan.The results showed that the heavy metal content of white oil-based cuttings was generally higher than that of diesel-based cuttings,but the differences were mainly due to the different stratigraphy and additives,while the oil content of oil-based cuttings mainly depends on the separation effect of the solid control system of the drilling platform,and all of them were little related to the selection of base oil.The total PAH content in diesel-based cuttings(28.73 mg/kg)was significantly higher than that in white oil-based cuttings(6.92 mg/kg),but both were mainly low-toxic 2~4 ring PAHs.The former mainly originated from diesel fuel and was dominated by pyrene(Pyr),naphthalene(Nap),phenanthrene(Phe)and anthracene(Ant).The latter mainly originated from the thermal transformation of white oil under high temperature ground conditions and was dominated by pyrene(Pyr)and anthracene(Ant).In general,there are some differences in pollution characteristics between white oil-based and diesel-based cuttings,and white oil has better environmental performance.It is suggested to reduce the use of diesel-based drilling fluids in the future production process,while increasing the research and development of new green drilling fluids.
