本科拔尖创新人才培养改革的实践反思与改进策略

摘要 培养拔尖创新人才是建设“双一流”和高等教育强国战略的重要任务。改革开放40多年来,我国高校本科拔尖创新人才培养改革经过了实验探索、深化推进和系统发展等阶段,在通识教育、机制创新、模式改革、制度建设、资源统整等方面积累了丰富的经验,但也存在一些现实的矛盾和问题。因此,不仅需要全面总结现有的经验和系统分析存在的问题,而且需要结合新时代的发展要求,在教育理念、政策支持、体制机制和综合改革等方面着力优化发展路径。 Cultivating top-notch innovative talents is the strategic task of building"double first-class"initiative and the Great Power of Higher Education.Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,the reform of the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents in colleges and universities in China has gone through preliminary exploration,rapid advancement,and systematic reform.In the practice of reform,we have always adhered to the concept of change as the guide,fully exerted the policy drive of the national strategy,focused on promoting the reform of the personnel training system,and attached great importance to the experimental experience of the first pilot and achieved remarkable results.At the same time,it presents the notable features of national implementation of special training plan and effective support of experimental platform,mutual integration of comprehensive foundation and personality development,strong guarantee of mechanism innovation and system construction,mutual integration of experience and independent innovation.
