摘要
目的探讨开展结核病知识培训对于结核病护理质量的影响,纵向对比与常规护理方式的区别,使患者获得最佳的护理体验。方法以我中心在2022年1—12月收治的943例患者为基础,随机抽取其中的50例患者为研究对象,采用随机数法将其分为观察组(护理人员按照常规的护理模式进行护理)和实验组(护理人员统一进行结核病知识培训后进行护理),每组25例,对比不同护理方法对于患者护理质量的影响,作出总结性报告。结果观察组的结核病知识问答的正确率明显低于实验组;实验组护理的患者并发症发生率明显低于观察组;实验组护理的患者的各项生活指标均高于观察组。上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对结核病护理人员进行结核病知识培训可以提高护理人员的专业技能,减少患者并发症的发生,对于减轻患者的患病程度,降低治疗过程中的不适具有重要意义。
Objective To explore effect of tuberculosis knowledge training on quality of tuberculosis nursing,and compare difference between longitudinal and routine nursing,help patients obtain best nursing experience.Methods The paper chose nursing staff of 50 patients among 943 patients admitted to our center from January 2022 to December 2022 as research subjects,and divided them into observation group(with nursing according to routine nursing mode)and experimental group(with nursing after unified tuberculosis knowledge training)by random number method,with 25 cases in each group.Effect of different nursing methods on nursing quality was compared based on summary report.Results Correct rate of tuberculosis knowledge question and answer in observation group was significantly lower than experimental group after tuberculosis knowledge training.Incidence of complications in experimental group was 4.00%,significantly lower than 24.00% in observation group.Life indicators in experimental group were higher than observation group.Conclusion Tuberculosis knowledge training can improve professional skills of tuberculosis nursing staff,reduce incidence of complications of patients,which is of great significance to reduce illness degree and discomfort of patients during treatment process.
