摘要
在突发公共卫生事件时,针对传染病房改造的特殊性,从控制感染概率角度上,对其通风系统的设计要求进行探讨。为此,从理论分析传染病房通风量、过滤效率等因素与感染概率的关系,同时考虑病房改造的实际特点;采用CFD仿真模拟的方法对室内污染物浓度分布进行模拟,从降低感染风险方面得出适合病房改造的通风气流组织,为传染病房通风系统的改造提供设计方法。
In the case of public health emergencies,according to the particularity of the transformation of infectious ward,the design requirements of ventilation system were discussed from the Angle of infection probability control.Therefore,the relationship between the ventilation volume and filtration efficiency of infectious ward and the infection probability was analyzed theoretically.At the same time,considering the actual characteristics of the ward transformation,the CFD simulation method was adopted to simulate the distribution of indoor pollutant concentration.From the aspect of reducing the infection probability,the ventilation airflow organization suitable for the ward transformation was obtained,the design method is provided for the transformation of the ventilation system of the infectious ward.
