摘要
长租公寓在解决新时代青年流动群体的住房问题上起到了重要的作用。为进一步发挥其功能,在满足居民基本居住需求的同时提供给青年群体一个充满活力的空间,还需要构建社区文化,形成社区认同。本文以上海市城开莘社区为例,通过对社区公共空间的色彩运用分析,说明色彩在社区空间建设和文化建构中的重要作用,为后续青年长租公寓在空间上的色彩优化提供参考。
Long term rental apartments have played an important role in solving the housing problems of young migrant groups in the new era.To further enhance its function,while meeting the basic housing needs of residents and providing a vibrant space for young people,it is also necessary to build community culture and form community identity.This article takes the Chengkaixin community in Shanghai as an example,and through the analysis of color application in community public spaces,explains the important role of color in community space construction and cultural construction,providing reference for the color optimization of youth long-term rental apartments in space in the future.
