摘要
我国大部分油田采用加热集输方式输送,能量消耗较大。原油不加热集输技术是油田节能领域的研究热点之一,该文提出原油水力悬浮输送的理念,即使用技术手段将胶凝原油整形为分散颗粒,在不加热的条件下借助水动力实现流态化,并以悬浮状态输送。该文根据原油生产实际,研制了胶凝原油水力悬浮输送模拟实验装置,该装置不仅能服务于多相流方向研究生实践能力的培养,同时也有助于本科流体力学开放性实验的开展,还可以进行胶凝原油整形效果和不同条件下水-胶凝原油流动特性等的实验研究,助力相关科研工作。
Most oilfields in our country adopt heating gathering and transportation,which causes huge energy consumption.Crude oil gathering and transportation without heating is one of the research hotspots in the field of oil field energy saving.This research group proposed the concept of hydraulic suspension transportation of crude oil,in which the gelled crude oil is formed into dispersed particles by technical means,and is fluidized by means of hydrodynamic force.It is transported in a suspension state without heating.The hydraulic suspension transport simulation device for gelled crude oil was developed according to the actual production of crude oil.The device not only serves the development of graduate students'practical abilities in the field of multiphase flow and the implementation of open experiments in undergraduate fluid mechanics but also enables the experimental research on the shaping effect of gelled crude oil,the flow characteristics of water-gelled crude oil under different conditions,and contributes to the progress of relevant scientific research and technological levels.
