低碳供应链运营决策演化博弈分析

摘要 基于演化博弈模型,通过数值仿真模拟现实情况发现:制造商给予适当的收益分红有助于零售商积极参与低碳供应链发展;制造商须完善再生资源回收渠道,以提高消费者绿色回收再生资源的积极性;政府的补贴政策、碳交易政策和碳税政策有一定的互补作用,政府可一定程度上通过提高碳税代替低碳补贴,减少财政支出。 Based on the evolutionary game model and numerical simulation,we find that in a supply chain,the manufacturer can stimulate the retailer's active participation in the development of low-carbon supply chain by sharing out appropriate revenue;the manufacturer should improve the recycling channels of renewable resources to encourage the consumers to recycle the renewable resources;and the government's subsidy policy,carbon trading policy and carbon tax policy are complementary to some extent,so the government can reduce fiscal expenditure by raising carbon taxes to make up for low-carbon subsidies.
