摘要
介绍了一种快速准确测量玻璃纤维增强热塑复合材料表面浮纤的方法,基于图像处理技术能够全面、准确、清晰地展现材料的表观组织形貌,分析一定尺寸下“浮纤”严重程度,研究造成“浮纤”的原因,并提出了该方法在玻璃纤维增强热塑复合材料领域中的实践应用。
A method for fast and accurate measurement of floating fibers on the surface of glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic composites was introduced.Based on image processing technology,it could comprehensively,accurately and clearly display the apparent structure of the material,and show the seriousness of floating fibers under a certain size.The reasons for floating fibers were studied,and the practical application of this method in the field of glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic composites was proposed.
