摘要 目的:针对一款依靠压杆自身形变自锁和工作的手动火灾报警按钮的结构特点,为使其满足国标不动作试验要求,并改善应力分布情况,对手动火灾报警按钮中关键零部件进行有限元分析和优化设计。方法:通过Creo建立压杆、压板以及底板的装配模型,模拟实验的过程对模型进行约束和载荷的施加,使用Ansys Workbench完成静力学有限元分析,计算出手动火灾报警按钮应力最大值,确定多目标优化设计中目标、变量参数和约束进行,分析出各参数变量对于结果的灵敏度,使用Optimization模块并利用Sceening筛选优化法对关键零部件进行优化设计,在满足国标要求的同时,选取拟合的最优值对压杆进行结构优化。结果:优化后的手动火灾报警按钮压杆受到的最大应力减小19.6%。结论:使用Ansys Workbench软件对零部件进行仿真和优化分析后,提高了产品的强度和研发效率,该研究成果也为后续手动火灾报警按钮压杆设计提供了理论依据。 Objective:Considering to the structural characteristics of a manual fire alarm button that relies on the self deformation and self-locking of the pressure bar,in order to meet the requirements of the national standard non action experiment and improve the stress distribution,finite element analysis and optimization design were carried out on the key components of the manual fire alarm button.Methods:The assembly model of pressure bar,pressing plate and bottom plate was established through Creo,and the model was constrained and loaded during the simulation experiment.The Statics finite element analysis was completed using Ansys Workbench,and the maximum stress value of manual fire alarm button was calculated.The objectives,variable parameters and constraints in multi-objective optimization design were determined,and the sensitivity of each parameter variable to the results was analyzed,by using the optimization module and the Scanning screening optimization method to optimize the design of key components.While meeting the requirements of national standards,the optimal fitting value to optimize the structure of the pressure bar was selected.Results:The maximum stress on the pressure rod of the optimized manual fire alarm button decreased by 19.6%.Conclusion:After using Ansys Workbench software to simulate and optimize the components,the strength and research efficiency of the product have been greatly improved.This research result also provided a theoretical basis for the subsequent design of manual fire alarm button pressure rods.
