基于TRIZ理论提高滚动轴承故障检测的准确性

摘要 滚动轴承作为精密机械元件,广泛应用于大型工业或航空设备。如果轴承检测的准确性不高,导致漏检,将会造成严重事故。利用TRIZ创新方法提高滚动轴承故障检测的准确性。首先利用资源分析、功能分析及因果分析得到解决问题的突破点,之后利用TRIZ解决问题的多种工具,得到了14种解决方案(去重后),综合考虑成本、可行性和可靠性,提取了3个方案组合形成最终方案,即:将传感器内置于滚动轴承内部,并对传感器采集的信号进行放大滤波处理,再用自适应的信号处理方法进行故障特征提取,以确保不漏检。该方案提升了理论研究水平,增强了检测与处理智能化能力,提高了故障检测准确率,避免了因轴承故障导致的财产及人身安全的损失。 As a precision mechanical component,rolling bearing is widely used in large industrial or aviation equipment.If bearing detection is not accurate enough,it would lead to missed detection,and further cause serious accidents.This paper uses TRIZ innovative methods to improve the accuracy.Firstly,resource analysis,functional analysis and causal analysis are used to get breakthrough points to solve the problem.Then,14 solutions are obtained by using various tools of TRIZ to solve the problem(after duplicates removal).Three schemes are extracted and combined to form the final scheme.That is,the sensor is placed inside the rolling bearing,and the signal collected by the sensor is amplified and filtered,then the fault feature is extracted by the adaptive signal processing method to ensure that no detection is missing.This scheme improves the level of theoretical research,enhances the intelligent ability of detection and processing,improves the accuracy of fault detection,and avoids the loss of property and personal safety caused by bearing failure.
