摘要
目的:分析膝关节骨创伤患者接受关节镜微创治疗的效果。方法:从2021年1月~2022年1月院内收治的膝关节骨创伤患者中随机选择30例,依据治疗方式分为观察组与对照组,各15例。对照组接受常规治疗,观察组接受关节镜微创疗法,对比效果。结果:观察组的生活质量优于对照组,P<0.05;观察组不良情绪评分低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组的睡眠质量优于对照组,P<0.05;观察组疗效相比对照组更高,P<0.05;观察组手术切口、术中出血量、手术时间、骨折愈合时间优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:对膝关节骨创伤患者实施关节镜微创技术,可以改善患者的生活质量,缓解不良情绪,提升疗效,保障患者的睡眠,可以促使患者康复。
Objective:To analyze the effect of arthroscopic minimally invasive treatment on patients with knee joint bone trauma.Methods:30 patients with knee joint bone trauma admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly selected and divided into an observation group and a control group based on treatment methods,with 15 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,while the observation group received arthroscopic minimally invasive therapy,and the effects were compared.Results:The quality of life in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The score of adverse emotion in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The sleep quality of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The operation incision,intraoperative bleeding,operation time and fracture healing time in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of arthroscopic minimally invasive technology for patients with knee joint bone trauma can improve the quality of life of patients,alleviate adverse emotions,improve the efficacy,ensure the sleep of patients,and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
