摘要
目的:分析祛瘀止痛方治疗蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)头痛的效果。方法:选择2019年9月至2021年9月期间开封市人民医院收治的98例SAH头痛患者作为研究对象,使用随机数字表将其分为对照组与观察组,各49例。对照组患者采取常规对症治疗联合脑脊液置换术,观察组患者在其基础上应用祛瘀止痛方治疗。针对两组患者的临床疗效、疼痛数字评价量表(NRS)评分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、Barthel指数(BI)评分以及不良反应情况进行比较。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者疼痛NRS评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者BI评分高于对照组,NIHSS评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:祛瘀止痛方治疗SAH头痛效果确切,可以有效缓解患者的疼痛症状,促进神经功能恢复,保障日常生活能力,安全性佳。
Objective To analyze the effect of Quyu Zhitong prescription on headache caused by subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH).Methods A total of 98 patients with SAH headache admitted to Kaifeng People's Hospital from September 2019 to September 2021 were selected as research objects,they were divided into a control group and an observation group with 49 cases in each group using random number table.The control group was treated with conventional symptomatic treatment combined with cerebrospinal fluid replacement,and the observation group was treated with Quyu Zhitong prescription on the basis of the treatment.The clinical efficacy,numerical rating scale(NRS)score,National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score,Barthel index(BI)score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the NRS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of BI in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,NIHSS score was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Quyu Zhitong prescription is effective in treating SAH headache,which can effectively relieve the pain symptoms of patients,promote the recovery of nerve function,ensure the ability of daily life,and have good safety.
