化学实验技术竞赛中乙酸乙酯、乙酸丙酯、乙酸丁酯的测定

Determination of Ethyl Acetate,Propyl Acetate,and Butyl Acetate in Chemical Experimental Technology Competitions

摘要 建立了同时测定乙酸乙酯、乙酸丙酯、乙酸丁酯3种低碳酯的气相色谱法。以乙酸异戊酯为内标物,色谱柱为SK-1毛细管柱,进样口温度200℃,氢火焰离子化检测器,检测器温度250℃,载气为高纯氮气,流速1.0 m L/min,程序升温模式,分流比50∶1。结果表明,乙酸乙酯、乙酸丙酯、乙酸丁酯的质量浓度线性范围分别为1.445~7.225mg/m L(r=0.9998)、1.223~6.115 mg/m L(r=0.9999)、1.291~6.456 mg/m L(r=0.9999),定量限分别为0.203、0.167、0.188μg/m L。精密度、重复性、稳定性试验的RSD<5%;低、中、高3种质量浓度的平均加标回收率分别为96.8%~102.5%,97.4%~104.1%,98.1%~101.8%。本方法灵敏、准确,操作简单,分析速度快,可用于化学实验技术竞赛中乙酸乙酯、乙酸丙酯、乙酸丁酯的同时测定。 A gas chromatography method was established for the simultaneous determination of three low-carbon esters,such as ethyl acetate,propyl acetate,and butyl acetate.Using isoamyl acetate as the internal standard,the determination was performed on the column of SK-1 by temperature programming.The inlet temperature was 200℃,and hydrogen flame ionization detector was adopted with the temperature of 250℃;high purity nitrogen gas was used as carrier gas with flow rate of 1.0 mL/min;the split radio was 50:1.The linear range were 1.445~7.225 mg/mL for ethyl acetate(r=0.9998),1.223~6.115 mg/mL for propyl acetate(r=0.9999),and 1.291~6.456 mg/mL for butyl acetate(r=0.9999);the limits of quantitation were 0.203,0.167,0.188μg/mL respectively.RSDs of precision,reproducibility and stability tests were lower than 5%;the average recoveries rates for low,medium,and high concentrations were 96.8%~102.5%,97.4%~104.1%,and 98.1%~101.8%,respectively.This method is sensitive,accurate,easy to operate,and has fast analytical speed.It can be used for the simultaneous determination of ethyl acetate,propyl acetate,and butyl acetate in chemical experimental technology competitions.
