选煤厂重浮联合分选流程试验

Experimental Study on Heavy Floatation Combined Separation Process in Coal Preparation Plant

摘要 为解决传统直接采用重选或浮选工艺所面临的精煤产率低、能耗大的问题,结合实践生产制备1.5 t的样品提出了重浮联合分选工艺,尤其对溢流管插入深度和给料压力对该工艺分选效果的影响进行试验研究,得出最佳工艺参数。最后,通过实践生产验证了重浮联合分选工艺的实际应用效果。 In order to solve the problems of low clean coal yield and high energy consumption faced by traditional direct use of gravity separation or flotation processes,a combined gravity flotation separation process was proposed based on practical production to prepare 1.5 t samples.In particular,the influence of overflow pipe insertion depth and feed pressure on the separation effect of the process was experimentally studied,and the optimal process parameters were obtained.Finally,the practical application effect of the heavy flotation combined sorting process was verified through practical production.
