摘要
以白檀种子为研究试材,设置不同基质、覆盖材料、灭菌方式、拌种材料及植物激素处理,研究了各因素对白檀种子出苗数量的影响。结果表明:采用体积比为5:1:1混合基质(营养土:蛭石:珍珠岩)成苗数量高于其它混合基质;不同灭菌方式成苗数量均高于未灭菌的基质,高锰酸钾灭菌后成苗数量较高;盖种后出苗率均高于对照组,其中稻壳炭盖种成苗数量最高;单一植物生长激素ABT1处理的白檀成苗数量高于NAA单一处理和混合处理,在200 mg/L浓度成苗数量最高。
Symplocos paniculata seeds were used to study the effects of different substrates,sterilization methods,Cover specie materials and plant hormones on the emergence of S.paniculata seeds.The results showed that the seedling number of the mixed media(nutrient soil:vermiculite:perlite)with volume ratio of 5:1:1 was higher than that of the other mixed media,and the seedling number of different sterilization methods was higher than that of the control group,the emergence rate of the potassium permanganate after Cover specie was higher than that of the control group;The number of adult seedlings treated with ABT1 was higher than that treated with NAA and NAA,and the best concentration was 200 mg/L.
