摘要
目的 了解2018-2022年南昌市西湖区儿童和孕妇碘营养状况,为分类指导和科学补碘工作的开展提供依据。方法 将西湖区划分东、西、南、北、中5个抽样片区,随机在每个片区各随机抽取1个街道(镇),每个街道(镇)各抽取1所小学,每所小学抽取8~10岁非寄宿学生40人(男、女生各半),并在抽取的各街道(镇)中抽取20名孕妇。2018-2022年间每年每个抽样片区抽取1个街道(镇)和1所小学。采集抽样对象的尿样及其家中食用盐样本,分别进行尿碘和盐碘含量的检测。结果 调查共采集盐样1500份,盐碘含量中位数为26.44 mg·kg^(-1);8~10岁儿童尿样1000份,尿碘中位数为227.14μg·L^(-1);孕妇尿样500份,尿碘中位数为182.38μg·L^(-1)。结论南昌市西湖区8~10岁儿童碘营养整体水平处于超适宜范围,但同时也存在个别的碘缺乏状况;孕妇碘营养整体水平处于碘不足范围,需加强重点人群宣传教育,针对不同人群合理指导科学补碘。
Objective To investigate the iodine nutrition status of children and pregnant women in Xihu District from 2018 to 2022,and to provide a basis for classification guidance and scientific iodine supplement.Methods The Xihu District was divided into five sampling areas:east,west,south,north and middle.One street(town) was randomly selected in each area,and 1 primary school was randomly selected in each street(town).Forty non-boarding students(20 males and 20 females) aged 8 to 10 years were selected from each primary school,and 20 pregnant women were selected from each street(town).From 2018 to 2022,1 street(town) and 1 primary school were selected from each area per year.The urine and edible salt samples were collected to detect the contents of iodine.Results A total of 1500 salt samples were collected,and the median salt iodine content was 26.44 mg·kg^(-1).Among the 1000 urine samples collected from children aged 8 to 10 years,the median urinary iodine concertation was 227.14 μg·L^(-1).Ofthe 500 urine samples collected from pregnant women,the median urinary iodine concertation was 182.38 μg·L^(-1).Conclusion The overall iodine nutrition level of 8-10 years old children in Xihu District is in the super suitable range,but iodine deficiency still exists in individual cases.The overall level of iodine nutrition in pregnant women is in the range of iodine deficiency.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen publicity and education among key groups and to reasonably guide scientific iodine supplementation for different populations.
