摘要
针对中海油服油化事业部的固井设备在海洋平台的数据信息孤岛化、状态监测实时性不足等问题,通过传感技术、工控技术、远程数据传输等技术对海洋固井设备的发动机、传动箱、固井泵等重要部件及设备运行状态进行数据的采集通讯,并通过无线网关在不同的网络环境下将关键数据远传到云平台进行状态监测。设置预警系统按不同参数对系统的影响程度分多级报警,在本地显示屏以及云平台均有报警级别显示及自诊断功能,然后可采取相应的预控措施保持系统的稳定状态,减少故障停机时间,提高设备整机的工作效率,推动海上油田的数字化、智能化的高效发展。
Aiming at the problems of data isolation and the lack of real-time condition monitoring of the cementing equipment of COSL Petrochemical Business Unit on the offshore platform, data acquisition and communication are conducted for the engine, transmission case, cementing pump and other important components of the offshore transmission case, cementing pump and other important components of the offshore cementing equipment through sensing technology, industrial control technology, remote data transmission. The key data is transmitted to the cloud platform through the wireless gateway in different network environments for condition monitoring. The early warning system is set to give multi-level alarms according to the impact of different parameters on the system, and the local display screen and cloud platform have alarm level display and self diagnosis functions, in this case, the corresponding pre-control measures can be taken to keep the system stable, reduce downtime, improve the working efficiency of the whole equipment, and promote the efficient development of digital and intelligent offshore oil fields.
