分布式光伏发电场景下配电网多目标无功优化方法 被引量:2

摘要 随着大规模的分布式光伏电源的引入,其出力固有的波动性,使得传统的电网结构和无功优化的方法难以满足配电网安全运行以及产生经济效益的需要。为此,提出了分布式光伏发电场景下配电网多目标无功优化方法。该方法采用多目标粒子群算法,针对网损、电压波动率以及电压幅值三个目标,在保证各设备出力不超过约束的情况下,得到了既有经济性又能够应对分布式光伏电源随机波动性的最优解集。最后在IEEE33节点配电网上进行仿真,验证了所提方法的可行性。 With the introduction of large-scale distributed photovoltaic power supply,the inherent volatility of its output makes it difficult for traditional power grid structure and reactive power optimization methods to meet the needs of safe operation of distribution network and economic benefits.Therefore,a multi-objective reactive power optimization method for distribution network under distributed photovoltaic power generation scenario is proposed.The multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm is used in this method.Aiming at the three objectives of network loss,voltage fluctuation rate and voltage amplitude,the optimal solution set which is economical and can cope with the random fluctuation of distributed photovoltaic power supply is obtained under the condition that the output of each device does not exceed the constraint.Finally,the feasibility of the proposed method is verified by simulation on IEEE33 node distribution network.
