摘要
以丙烯酸甲酯、二乙烯三胺、己二胺单体为原料,通过Michael加成反应和酰胺化反应合成了端氨基超支化聚酰胺-胺。为进一步提升固色性能,引入盐酸胍单体进行端氨基改性制得胍改性超支化聚酰胺-胺,并用于活性染料染色纯棉织物的固色整理。结果表明,自制胍改性超支化聚酰胺-胺固色剂的固色效果优异,染色织物耐皂洗色牢度和耐干摩擦色牢度均提高1级,耐湿摩擦色牢度提高半级及以上。固色整理对染色织物色光影响小。
The hyperbranched polyamide amine is synthesized by Michael addition reaction and acylation reac⁃tion using methyl acrylate,diethylenetriamine and hexamethylene diamine monomers as raw materials.In or⁃der to further improve the color fixing performance,guanidine hydrochloride monomer is introduced to modify the amino end of the polyamide-amine,and the guanidine modified hyperbranched polyamide-amine is used for the color fixing of reactive dyed cotton fabric.The results show that the self-made guanidine modified hy⁃perbranched polyamide amine color fixing agent has excellent color fixing effect.The color fastnesses to soap washing and dry rubbing of the dyed fabric are improved by Grade 1,and the color fastness to wet rubbing is improved by half grade or more.The color fixing has little effect on the shade.
