摘要
主要通过对H型钢开坯机孔型和万能轧机孔型进行了优化,实现了产品料型更加美观、降低工艺故障率的目的。结果表明:开坯机孔型侧壁倾角的改进、万能轧机轧辊三段式孔型设计及万能导卫结构的优化改进,对型钢产品质量控制至关重要。
The optimization of the H-shaped steel billet opening machine and universal rolling mill has mainly achieved the goal of making the product shape more beautiful and reducing the process failure rate.The results show that the improvement of the inclination angle of the side wall of the opening machine hole,the design of the three-stage pass of the universal rolling mill roll,and the optimization and improvement of the universal guide structure are crucial for the quality control of steel products.
