摘要
本文通过分析国家双碳目标对油气行业发展发生的深远影响,对国内主要油气能源企业的低碳绿色转型战略进行研究,提出油气行业绿色权益开发潜力及方向,对绿证、绿电、碳资产等绿色权益与油气行业契合特点进行分析,论述了绿色权益开发对油气企业的现实意义及风光发电、余压余热利用、地热能、绿氢、CCS/CCUS等潜在方向,并就油气行业绿色权益的开发及管理提出应对策略。
This article analyzes the profound impact of the national dual carbon goals on the development of the oil and gas industry,research on the low-carbon and green transformation strategies of major domestic oil and gas energy enterprises,propose the potential and direction for green rights development in the oil and gas industry,analyze the characteristics of green rights and interests such as green certificates,green electricity,and carbon assets that align with the oil and gas industry,discussed the practical significance of green rights development for oil and gas enterprises,as well as potential directions such as wind and solar power generation,residual pressure and waste heat utilization,geothermal energy,green hydrogen,CCS/CCUS,etc,and propose corresponding strategies for the development and management of green rights in the oil and gas industry.
