摘要
山东省建筑设计研究院有限公司(简称“山东省院”)是山东省第一个省级建筑设计单位,从1953年建院至今,山东省院历经70年风雨,从省属事业单位,到1979年被原城乡建设部指定为第一批企业化管理试点单位,2019年又成功转企改制为职工持股的股份制企业,每一次重大变革和成功转型都离不开伟大时代赋予的机遇。文章以近年来山东省院的发展为例,深度剖析山东省院通过改革创新激发高质量发展动力,提供一个省属建筑设计院改革发展的参考路径。
Shandong Provincial Architecture Design&Research Institute Co.,Ltd.(SDAD)is the first provincial architectural design organization in Shandong province.Since its establishment in 1953,through trials and hardships over the past 70 years,SDAD has originally been a provincial institution,developed into a pilot organization among the first batch under entrepreneurial management designated by the former Ministry of Urban and Rural Constructionin 1979,and then successfully transformed into an employee-owned joint-stock enterprise in 2019.Each of the major changes and successful transformations cannot be separated from the opportunities given by the great era.In this paper,a case study of SDAD's development in recent years was conducted to deeply analyze SDAD's stimulating impetus for high-quality development through reform and innovationand provideareform and development path of a provincial architectural design institute for reference.
