摘要
目的分析氨甲环酸在产后出血中应用及对产妇凝血功能和安全性的影响。方法选取50例产后出血产妇,按照随机数字表法将产妇分为观察组与对照组,每组25例。对照组产后使用缩宫素治疗,观察组产后使用缩宫素联合氨甲环酸治疗。比较两组产妇产后2h、24h出血情况、凝血功能指标[凝血酶原时间(PT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、血小板计数(PLT)]及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组产妇产后2h、产后24h出血量均少于对照组(P<0.05)。产后24h观察组的PT指标较对照组有明显缩短,FIB、PLT指标均有提升且高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率20.00%与对照组的12.00%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氨甲环酸应用于产妇产后出血治疗中,对产妇的凝血功能具有良好改善作用,可有效减少产后出血量,用药安全性高,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To analyze the application of tranexamic acid in postpartum hemorrhage and its influence on coagulation function and safety in parturient women.Methods 50 cases of postpartum hemorrhage were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given postpartum oxytocin,and the observation group was given postpartum oxytocin combined with tranexamic acid.The bleeding conditions at 2 h and 24 h after delivery,coagulation function indexes[prothrombin time(PT),fibrinogen(FIB),platelet count(PLT)] and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of postpartum blood loss 2 h and 24 h in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 24 h postpartum,the PT index in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the FIB and PLT index were both increased and higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(20.00%)(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of tranexamic acid in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage has a good effect on the coagulation function of the parturients,and can effectively reduce the amount of postpartum bleeding,and has high safety and clinical promotion value.
