摘要
目的探讨孕早期系统超声筛查在孕产妇胎儿异常发育检测中的应用价值,旨在评估该筛查方法的准确性和有效性,以及其对早期干预和治疗的临床意义。方法选取120例分娩孕产妇,将产前诊断(羊水穿刺、染色体核型分析)结果为胎儿畸形的孕产妇60例作为观察组,产前诊断结果正常的孕产妇60例作为对照组。两组孕产妇均进行超声筛查,对比两组胎儿颈项透明层厚度(NT)值,判断超声筛查胎儿异常发育的准确率。结果观察组胎儿在11周、12周、13周的NT值均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。超声诊断孕产妇胎儿异常发育的敏感度、特异度、诊断准确率均为96.67%,误诊率、漏诊率均为3.33%。结论超声筛查作为一种非侵入性的医学成像技术,在孕产妇胎儿异常发育检测中具有重要作用,能够在早期发现结构异常,为尽早医疗干预提供有利依据,有助于确保母婴健康。
Objective To explore the application value of ultrasound screening in early pregnancy in detecting fetal abnormal development in pregnant women,and to evaluate the accuracy and effectiveness of this screening method,as well as its clinical significance for early intervention and treatment.Methods 120 pregnant women were selected,and 60 pregnant women with fetal malformation results(amniotic fluid puncture,chromosome karyotype analysis)were selected as the observation group,and 60 pregnant women with normal results were selected as the control group.Both groups of pregnant women underwent ultrasound screening,and compared the thickness of fetal cervical transparent layer(NT)between the two groups to judge the accuracy of ultrasound screening for fetal abnormal development.Results The fetal NT values in the observation group at 11 weeks,12 weeks and 13 weeks were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of ultrasound diagnosis of fetal abnormal development were 96.67%,the misdiagnosis rate,and the missed diagnosis rate was 3.33%.Conclusion As a non-invasive medical imaging technology,ultrasound screening plays an important role in the detection of fetal abnormal development in pregnant women,which can detect structural abnormalities at an early stage,provide a favorable basis for early medical intervention,and help to ensure maternal and child health.
