摘要
髓系抑制性细胞(MDSC)是一群具有免疫抑制功能的调节性细胞。MDSC与炎症性疾病的发生密切相关。Th17细胞属于CD4+T细胞亚群,主要通过分泌白细胞介素(IL)-17、IL-22等细胞因子在炎症性疾病中发挥重要作用。MDSC可通过表达精氨酸酶-1、IL-1β及分泌转化生长因子-β等调控Th17活化,进而影响炎症性疾病的过程。本文综述MDSC调控Th17细胞的作用方式及其在系统性红斑狼疮、类风湿关节炎及哮喘等炎症性疾病中的作用。
Myeloid-derived suppressor cell(MDSC)is a group of regulatory cell with immunosuppressive functions.MDSC is closely related to the occurrence of inflammatory diseases.Th17 cells are a subset of CD4+T cells that play an important role in inflammatory diseases by secreting interleukin(IL)-17,IL-22 and other cytokines.MDSC can regulate Th17 activation by expressing arginase-1,IL-1βand secreting transforming growth factor-β,thereby affecting the process of inflammatory diseases.This article reviews the mode of action of MDSC in regulating Th17 cells and its role in inflammatory diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus,rheumatoid arthritis and asthma.
