摘要
血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)是一种急性时相反应蛋白,主要参与感染、组织损伤及炎症急性期反应的调控。近年来,随着对SAA结构、生物功能、信号通路的深入研究,其在肿瘤发生、血管生成、细胞增殖、侵袭和转移的作用得到进一步揭示,本文拟就SAA在肿瘤相关疾病中的作用进行综述,为肿瘤的早期诊断和预后评估提供参考价值。
Serum amyloid A(SAA)is an acute phase response protein,which is mainly involved in the regulation of infection,tissue injury and acute phase response of inflammation.In recent years,with the in-depth study of SAA structure,biological function and signaling pathway,its role in tumor development,angiogenesis,cell proliferation,invasion and metastasis has been further revealed.This article intends to review the role of SAA in tumor-related diseases and provide references value for early diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of tumors.
