摘要 构建食品安全检验检测体系是我国落实市场食品安全管控的主要措施。本文根据国家出台的一系列政策法规,阐述了国家食品安全检验检测体系的构建政策要求和现状,提出食品安全检验检测能力提升策略和发展食品安全检验检测社会机构的建议,研究分析了质监、工商、卫生、农业等相关部门发布的食品安全检测标准、食品市场安全监管规范、食品安全管理办法等行政法规,为完善食品安全检验检测评估体系,为食品安全检测机构规范化开展检验工作夯实基础。 Constructing food safety inspection and testing system is the main measure to implement market food safety control in China.According to a series of national policies and regulations,this paper expounds the policy requirements and present situation of the construction of the national safety inspection and testing system,and puts forward strategies for improving the ability of food safety inspection and testing and suggestions for developing social institutions for food safety inspection and testing.In order to improve the food safety inspection and testing evaluation system,it studies and analyzes administrative regulations such as food safety inspection standards,food market safety supervision norms and food safety management measures issued by relevant departments such as quality supervision,industry and commerce,health and agriculture,so as to standardize food safety inspection institutions.
