南平市延平区口蹄疫免疫抗体监测和效果分析

摘要 2023年春季,对南平市延平区规模猪场、乳牛场及羊场进行口蹄疫免疫抗体监测。结果显示,规模猪场和乳牛场的O/A口蹄疫整体合格率均在90%以上,羊场仅为73%左右;规模猪场和乳牛场的S/N均值≤0.6,说明猪、牛口蹄疫疫苗免疫效果达到预期水平。有4家羊场的S/N均值≥0.6,羊场应重视疫苗免疫,确保免疫质量;O型口蹄疫抗体离散度≥100%的现象,可能与养殖场存在免疫漏免有关。应重视对家畜口蹄疫的免疫工作,根据个体的抗体消长规律进行有针对性的免疫,以提高群体抗体均匀度。 In the spring of 2023,foot-and-mouth disease immune antibody monitoring was carried out on large-scale pig farms,dairy farms and sheep farms in Yanping district.The results show that the overall qualification rate of O/A foot-and-mouth disease in large-scale pig farms and dairy farms is more than 90%,and that in sheep farms is only about 73%;The S/N average value of large-scale pig farms and dairy farms is≤0.6,indicating that the immune effect of pig and cattle foot-and-mouth disease vaccine has reached the expected level.There are 4 sheep farms with an S/N average of≥0.6,and sheep farms should pay attention to vaccine immunization to ensure immune quality;The dispersion of antibody against type O foot-and-mouth disease≥100%,which may be related to the immune leakage in the farm.Attention should be paid to the immunization of foot-and-mouth disease in domestic animals,and targeted immunization should be carried out according to the growth and decline of individual antibodies,so as to improve the evenness of group antibodies.
