摘要
本文从畜禽产品兽药残留检测的意义、兽药残留的危害及种类、检测技术方面进行阐述,以期对当前畜禽产品中兽药残留及其检测方法研究进展有一个全面的了解。
This article elaborates on the significance,harm,types,and detection techniques of veterinary drug residues in livestock and poultry products,in order to have a comprehensive understanding of the current research progress on veterinary drug residues and their detection methods in livestock and poultry products.
