基于改进YOLOV4CSP算法的非法垂钓人员智能检测研究

摘要 在一系列保护南水北调源头生态环境和水源的工作中,打击非法钓鱼作业是一项基础且重要的任务。为提升南水北调工程水源地水环境管理水平并加强水行政安全管理工作,文章提出了一种基于监控场景的智能实时垂钓行为检测方法,其中利用改进的YOLOV4CSP目标检测算法实时检测水域内的钓鱼人员,输出其在监控画面中的坐标位置,从而精准打击非法垂钓行为,实现了保护水源和维护生态环境的目标。改进的YOLOV4CSP目标检测算法不仅在行人检测数据集上提升了1.4个类别的平均精确度,而且在实测的南水北调宝应水站监控画面上呈现出显著的可视化效果,可准确输出钓鱼人员的坐标位置。当在非垂钓区域检测到钓鱼人员时,系统将自动及时通知行政人员,以便对非法钓鱼作业进行精准驱逐和打击,从而发挥了保护生态环境和水源的作用。 In a series of efforts to protect the ecological environment and water source of the South-to-North Water Diversion,cracking down on illegal fishing operations is a fundamental and important task.In order to improve the water environment management level of the water source area of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project and strengthen water administrative safety management,this article proposes an intelligent real-time monitoring method for fishing behavior based on monitoring scenes.The improved YOLOV4CSP object detection algorithm is used to detect fishing personnel in the water area in real time,output their coordinate positions in the monitoring screen,and accurately crack down on illegal fishing behavior,The goal of protecting water sources and maintaining the ecological environment has been achieved.The improved YOLOV4CSP object detection algorithm not only improved the average accuracy of 1.4 categories on the pedestrian detection dataset,but also showed significant visualization effects on the actual monitoring screen of Baoying Water Station in the South-to-North Water Diversion,accurately outputting the coordinates of fishermen.When fishing personnel are detected in non fishing areas,the system will automatically notify administrative personnel in a timely manner to accurately expel and combat illegal fishing operations,thereby playing a role in protecting the ecological environment and water sources.
