摘要
通过对试验获得的TAIC产品气相含量、液相含量、色度和酸值4个控制指标进行对比分析,确定了收率为90%的最佳原料配比及反应条件。原料的质量比为:m(异氰尿酸三钠):m(氯丙烯):m(催化剂):m(脱水剂):m(溶剂)=100:130:2.4:1:300;反应温度控制在95℃。
By comparing and analyzing the four control indicators of gas phase content,liquid phase content,chromaticity,and acid value of TAIC products obtained from experiments,the optimal raw material ratio and reaction conditions with a yield of over 90%were determined.The mass ratio of raw materials was m(trisodium isocyanurate):m(allyl chloride):m(catalyzer):m(dehydrating agent):m(solvent)=100:130:2.4:1:300.The reaction temperature was controlled at 95℃.
