摘要
随着医疗技术的不断发展,传统、靶向及免疫抗肿瘤治疗有效提升了肿瘤患者的生存率,而癌症幸存者的长期生存使抗肿瘤治疗相关心血管毒性日益凸显。通过影像学及生物标志物监测,早期识别及治疗心血管疾病高风险患者,是肿瘤心脏病学专家关注的焦点。
With the continuous development of medical technology,conventional,targeted and immune cancer therapy has effectively improved the survival rate of tumor patients,and the long-term survival of cancer survivors has brought cancer therapy-related cardiovascular toxicity increasingly prominent.Early identification and treatment of patients at high risk of cardiovascular disease through imaging and biomarker monitoring is the focus of cardio-oncologists.
