摘要
文章通过收集古今医家在儿科常见疾病中使用木通-生地黄药对的情况,分析总结其量效关系规律。研究发现,运用木通-生地黄药对时具有以下特点(1)古代医家常以等量配伍;若热邪郁阻情况重则木通用量常>生地;若热盛情况重则木通用量常<生地黄;(2)木通总用量常为3~10g;生地黄总用量常为1.5~25g;配伍比例常为木通:生地黄=1:1,1:2,2:5,3:5;(3)儿科疾病中木通-生地黄药对常用治口疮、夜啼、遗尿、湿疹、手足口病、疱疹性咽峡炎、肾炎等。(4)大多数情况木通常用量<生地黄,重在以生地清热养阴,化瘀凉血,但在肾炎等疾病中木通用量可高生地两倍以上。木通-生地黄药对在儿科应用中广泛,既能清热凉血,又能利湿泄热,临床可参考使用。
This article collects the use of the Akebia-Rehmannia glutinosa drug pair in common pediatric diseases by ancient and modern doctors,and analyzes and summarizes its dose-effect relationship rules.Research has found that the use of Akebia and Rehmannia glutinosa medicinal combinations has the following characteristics:①Ancient doctors often mix equal amounts;if the heat evil stagnation is severe,the dose of Akebia is often>Rehmannia;if the heat is severe,the dose of Akebia is often<Rehmannia glutinosa;②The total dosage of Akebia is usually 3 to 10g;the total dosage of Rehmannia glutinosa is usually 1.5 to 25g;the compatibility ratio is usually Akebia:Rehmannia glutinosa=1:1,1:2,2:5,3:5;③Among pediatric diseases,Akebia and Rehmannia glutinosa are commonly used to treat aphtha,night crying,enuresis,eczema,hand,foot and mouth disease,herpetic angina,nephritis,etc.④In most cases,the usual dosage of Rehmannia glutinosa is less than that of Rehmannia glutinosa.The emphasis is on using Rehmannia glutinosa to clear away heat and nourish yin,remove blood stasis and cool blood.However,in diseases such as nephritis,the dosage of Rehmannia glutinosa can be more than twice as high as that of Rehmannia glutinosa.The Akebia-Rehmannia glutinosa drug pair is widely used in pediatrics.It can not only clear away heat and cool blood,but also diuretic and relieve heat.It can be used as a reference in clinical practice.
