摘要
在“数商兴农”大背景下,农村电商已成为促进农村经济高质量发展、助推乡村振兴强有力的举措。浙江省杭州市萧山区作为淘宝村百强县,在大数据技术应用、农村电商发展方面极具特色,特别是在资源合理配置、生产过程监管、供应链优化、精准营销、智能化运营等方面取得显著成效,对其他地区推动大数据指引农村电商发展、进行乡村振兴具有一定的借鉴作用。但是,大数据在萧山区农村电商应用中仍面临很多挑战,如大数据准确性待完善、物流基础设施薄弱、专业人才缺乏、大数据应用待普及等。因此,本文提出政府主导大数据平台建设、构建智慧物流系统、实施人才培养计划、多主体参与大数据应用等助推大数据在农村电商精准应用的对策,以供参考。
Against the backdrop of promoting agriculture with digital commerce,rural e-commerce has become a powerful measure to promote high-quality development of rural economy and boost rural revitalization.Xiaoshan District of Hangzhou,Zhejiang Province,as one of the top 100 counties in terms of the number of Taobao Villages,has unique characteristics in the application of big data technology and the development of rural e-commerce.The district has made significant achievements,especially in the rational allocation of resources,production process supervision,supply chain optimization,precision marketing,and intelligent operation.It has served as an example to promote big data to guide the development of rural e-commerce and rural revitalization for other regions.However,the application of big data in rural e-commerce in Xiaoshan District still faces many challenges,such as incomplete accuracy of big data,weak logistics infrastructure,lack of big data talent,and the need for popularization of big data applications.Therefore,the article proposes strategies to promote the precise application of big data in rural e-commerce,such as the construction of big data platforms by government,the establishment of smart logistics systems,the implementation of talent cultivation plans,and the participation of multiple entities in big data applications.
